Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

International shipping may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All shipments are sent through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Stonecrest Supply is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Stonecrest Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
